Who: presidents and parliamentarians
Know: When your election takes place. 
           How to stay on track for timely elections. 
           What you need to know to get ready for elections.

Gathering Volunteer Hours for Annual Historian Report
Who: historians and presidents
Know: What the role of the Historian is. 
           Why volunteer hours are important. 
           How to increase volunteerism and track volunteer time.

Understanding and Advocating for Your School’s Budget
Who: FOR ALL! 
Where: Auditorium
Guest Speaker Bey-Ling Sha will highlight how to advocate for your school effectively.
Know:
How can you effectively advocate for your children and school
What you need to know about school spending at the local level and state level.
What questions you should be asking.

7:30-8:30pm

Getting Ready for Your Audit 
Who: auditors, secretaries and treasurers
Know: What you need to get ready for your audit and how to proceed to completion. 
           PTA audits are required twice a year to stay in good standing and to promote transparency.

Keeping Your Membership Growing All Year
Who: membership chairs
Know: Membership is an all year long activity.
          How to promote PTA and run a mid-year membership campaign

Updating Your Bylaws
Who: parliamentarians and presidents.
Know: When to update your Bylaws.
          What the update process is from start to finish.
